Processing personal emotions - major necessity/

Often in our lives we go through different circumstances and situations that makes it hard to understand and process our own emotions. These can include fear, gratitude, embarrasement, subtle approaches by people.
And so it becomes necessary for us to not only process through our emotions but also realise them fully and understand the reasons behind them. How much of it is correct and will it be any better if I keep feeling so, will I be okay if I share it with someone? ! Your ways to process through them can be different. I don't usually confront them if I find that the other person is not mature enough to understand that difference and that to respect it. I'll mostly go silent to go through my feelings personally and to find composure. To be at peace and to figure out what is actually under my control and what isn't. That people can have various perspectives, decisions about it and that will mostly have nothing to do with me. I'll try explaining them a couple of times but if they don't understand it I'll just ask them to be sure enough of their decision while they are on to something.
In these situations we never tend to forget what people around, who witnessed it, those we shared that incident with, that emotion which made us feel and so if we can't control who witnesses that with us we can surely be wise while sharing it with people who we can actually tell about it. With a hope that they won't judge, be patient listeners and the ones who provide useful feedbacks for them. We can never be cool, classy, smart all the time, we can be dumb, stupid, jaded and clumsy during some time. Important is to understand it and to owe upto them. I can be messed at times but the same applies to each other soul I encounter, don't be afraid to be messed up. it's okay, You'll still have my love and support till the time it's not hurting others in some way. Emotional intelligence - ie management of emotions, handling stress, practicing conflict resolution are some things that need to be prioritised. These boost the confidence in individuals that they'll eventually figure things out and somehow manage in most of the situations. Your blogger: Cherry Blossom🌸
